Dr. Sable was Valedictorian of her High School Class in San Antonio Texas.  She was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Boston University, where she graduated Cum Laude.  After receiving her Doctor of Optometry degree at The University of Houston College of Optometry, Dr. Sable was selected among many candidates as one of three Residents in Ocular Disease at Omni Eye Services of Atlanta. She has experience in the Veteran's Healthcare System and has worked as a graduate Researcher in Vision Science.  She is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Aside from a rigorous patient care schedule, she works closely with the Omni Interns in preparing them for graduation and a career in optometry.
